RTF Basketball Camp Manager

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using RTF Basketball Camp Manager(“the Service”). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

RTF Basketball Camp Managerprovides a web-based platform that allows basketball camp administrators to manage registrations, sessions, coaches, players, payments, and communications. The Service is made available to organizations and their authorized users (“you” or “Users”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an organization account. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Minors may only use the Service under the direct supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Notify us immediately at support@rtfcamp.com of any unauthorized access.
Not share your login credentials with anyone outside your authorized team.
Use a strong, unique password and keep it secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Transmit spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk marketing messages.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. User Roles & Permissions

The Service supports multiple user roles:

Owner / Admin: Full access to organization settings, billing, and user management.
Director / Coach: Access to sessions, player records, and attendance within their assigned camps.
Parent / Guardian:Read-only access to their linked player’s data, schedules, and payments.

Organization owners are responsible for the actions of all users they add to their account. Invite links should only be shared with intended recipients.

6. Player Data & Minor Protection

The Service may be used to manage data belonging to minors (players under 18). Organization owners and administrators:

Are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before entering minor data into the platform.
Must not collect more personal information about minors than is necessary for legitimate camp management purposes.
Must comply with all applicable child privacy laws, including COPPA (if operating in the United States) and equivalent local regulations.

7. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by RTF Basketball Camp Manager and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RTF BASKETBALL CAMP MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RTF Basketball Camp Manager is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
